To kick things off, we use a fast-paced, user-centric, and facilitated framework that defines and prioritizes user needs creates user journeys, surfaces actionable insights, makes strategic recommendations, and produces tangible results that can be deployed into your marketing strategy.
Within this process, we follow Agile principles in iterative cycles of ideating, executing, and validating.

Downtime is important to us. In order to be at our most creative and effective, we don't respond on weekends. Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm only.
Meetings are often a waste of time and I'd much rather spend it working on your business. We have a singular weekly catch up which helps us sync our priorities for the week and check in on progress. All other communication is done via Slack and WhatsApp.
All of our reporting is done monthly. Every month on the 28th, you can expect a detailed summary and analysis of the month's activity.
We don't do ASAP. All pieces of work have at least a 24 hours turn around time on them unless agreed prior.
Impact is everything to us. If you can't clearly articulate the impact you are having on the world, and more specifically on a singular person, we're not the right fit.
